Second sap - DVD
One day, his manager (Christopher Plummer) discovers an undelivered 40-year-old letter written to Danny by John Lennon. In it, Lennon writes: "Stay true to yourself. Stay true to your music." It's his way of offering a helping hand to navigate the vast waters of fame and success, something he experienced himself. The letter inspires Danny to hit the brakes and find a new lease of life. He sets off on a journey to reconnect with his family and find true love. The film was inspired by a true story; John Lennon really did write such a letter.
