Shallow Grave - Blu-ray
Shallow Grave - Blu-ray
Three best friends, David, Alex, and Juliet, live together in a large, luxurious flat in Edinburgh. They enjoy making fun of other people, especially those who respond to their “looking for a flatmate” advert. That is, until Hugo shows up—a charismatic, tough guy who’s charming in every way. One thing leads to another, and the trio quickly becomes a foursome. But only for a few hours. In the morning, they find Hugo in his bed with no signs of life. Before they can report anything, David and Alex discover a suitcase stuffed with cash. Their conscience tells them to report everything to the police, but the enormous sum is more than tempting! Soon, the first problems arise. Where can they hide the money to keep it safe? And most importantly, what should they do with Hugo’s body? Over the course of a few days, their relationship undergoes the toughest test they could have ever imagined. Faced with wealth and their own consciences, the concept of “friendship” takes on a whole new dimension. Crime, revenge, and hatred go hand in hand with dirty money. The price for easily-gained riches is far too high.
