Sunday Party with Picasso

This small but stunning little book will open the door to a new world. And not just for you – you can take your children with you! Together you will enjoy the art around you, reveal the meaning of light or colours, and discover the great stories of artists and their works. In short, you will discover that art can be fun for the whole family or class.

Silvie Šeborová will guide you through all the possibilities of introducing children to art from an early age. She will provide you with specific instructions on what to use to motivate children, how to talk to them about art, what questions to ask them and what to look out for. You will get tips on where to take your children to see art, where to find the most famous works (and whether you need to know them) or what art-related games you can play at home or at an exhibition. In short, you will become a guide for your children in the magical world of emotions that art can evoke – and they will then better understand the world, others and themselves.
