Tear: 3 - CD

The third album of the band SLZA with the symbolic title "3" from 2020 also presents the singer Petr Lexa as a promising author.

An album on which virtually every song could be a single - from the current 4am or the domesticated Paravans to the lovey-dovey wedding confessions of Zhar -

The band started thinking about a third album at the end of summer 2018. Singer Petr Lexa and guitarist Lukáš Bundil admit that they decided to try to work differently than they did on previous albums. They agree that the work on album 3 was different mainly in their own approach to the creation. They didn't let their previous work influence them and composed as they felt at the time. "This record has no coherent concept, no theme. We just tried to make an album with 10 of the best songs and not limit ourselves to anything," they add.

„We felt that if we didn't change the way we worked on new songs, we wouldn't get anywhere as a band and we would stop enjoying it sooner or later. So we decided to step out of all our comfort zones," reveals the development of Lukáš. "For me, the defining moment was...says singer Petr Lexa, "when Lukáš mentioned in passing if I wanted to try composing too. Until then, he was responsible for the music together with the then producer and the lyrics were written for us by Ondřej Ládek. "

This is the first time that Petr started to participate in the music and lyrics, which were written in collaboration with Ondřej Ladek for the album 3.
