The Golden Chest
The adventure they had in the cursed monastery marked them. They would prefer to forget the bloodshed. But when Adam Šarkan and Zuzka Kráľovičová join Pavel Dobšinský on another expedition to find folk tales, darkness invades their lives again. The capture of a twisted killer triggers an avalanche of events that force Sharkan to take up arms and awaken his man-hunting instincts.
Meanwhile, some strange strangers arrive in Gemer. A Sikh nobleman, his mysterious aide-de-camp from the Mexican War and a Turkish scholar are on the trail of more treasure after a groundbreaking archaeological find in the Lower Danube region. He could supposedly awaken forces beyond human comprehension and change the face of the world. The paths of the two groups will soon cross.
