Various: To the musical in Pilsen! (2x CD) - CD

Musical ensemble of the J. K. The Tyla Theatre in Plzeň is one of the Czech premium musical theatres today. It presents the world's leading superlative musicals, often in Czech premieres.

It has a modern New Stage and a Chamber Theatre for 100 spectators. The current management of the theatre and the musical ensemble is fully aware that with the last curtain of a production, only photographs and the programme, or in the case of a poster, remain as a memory. For this reason, in recent years, together with the radio programme Musical Express and the Musical Media agency, he has been trying to record at least the most beautiful melodies from exceptional productions. And you are now a double CD TO THE MUSICAL TO THE PLZEN! to those interested in musical theatre.

The CD captures songs from the musical Cats, Sweeney Todd - the devilish Fleet Street sycophant, Naked! Spirit, Joseph and his amazing colourful cloak, A well-paid walk, Billy Elliot, Grren Day's American Idiot, Something rotten and Sunset Boulevard. They will be performed by the leading soloists of the Stanislava Topinková Fořtová Theatre, Charlotte Slot, Sonia Hanzlíčková, Pavel Režný, Pavel Klimenda, Jozef Hrushkoci, Adam Rezner, Lukáš Ondruš, Martin Holec and others. Alongside them, however, there is a whole host of famous guests. For example, Dasha, Ivana Chýlková, Ludmila Molínová, Michaela Štiková Gemrotová, Like the Cross, Tomas Savka, Richard Tesařík and others. The compositions based on the original London and Broadway scores were recorded by the theatre orchestra under the batons of Dalibor Bárta and Kryštof Marek and the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jakub Žídek.
