Wenceslas IV - mysteries and secrets
A controversial monarch in a difficult time.
The story of a dramatic period in Czech history and a Czech king who took the throne in very difficult times. He died under the dramatic circumstances of the Hussite coup in Prague, which Czech historians consider the prologue to the long-lasting Hussite Wars that brought the Kingdom of Bohemia to the brink of chaos. From there, only one way out remained – to achieve reconciliation between the Hussites and their Catholic opponents at any cost.
