Whitesnake: The Blues Album - CD

A new collection of songs that Whitesnake have gathered from across their rich career. It is a selection of blues-rock tracks from the famous band's repertoire and Coverdale's solo work. This is the third instalment in a trilogy that began with the compilations The Rock Album and The Love Album. The collection is available on CD or 2LP.

After leaving Deep Purple, singer David Coverdale formed a rock band in 1978 that, like Deep Purple, was based on hard rock but with a greater emphasis on catchy melodies. In the 1980s, Whitesnake recorded several albums that reached the UK Top 10, and with their self-titled 1987 album, they also managed to break through in the United States.
