The publication surveys contemporary work and organizational psychology. It starts with ethical aspects in work and organizational psychology and the Europsychologist certification, and in the next part focuses on new methods (e.g. Vienna Test System, Hogan tests or the new personality typology questionnaire - GPOP). It also deals with performance appraisal and its less common aspects, downsizing, the process of releasing staff and finding further employment for released staff.
