Zero history

If you're artistically inclined, everything you do always leads to another creative project... When Hollis Henry sang with Curfew, the whole world knew her face. To this day, every now and then she runs into someone who remembers the poster with her picture on it. But unfortunately, cult collectibles can't pay the rent in a down economy, and Hollis is now an unemployed journalist. The twisted global marketing genius Hubertus Bigend is the last person she wants to work for, but there's just no explaining something like Bigend that you want nothing to do with. It just makes him cling to you all the more. Milgrim is clean and drug-free for the first time in ten years. It took eight months in a clinic in Basel. They changed all his blood 15 times. Bigend paid for everything. Milgrim speaks flawless, distinctive Russian and notices a lot of things. No one notices him. That makes him a man for all the money, even though Bigend paid more for him than he did for his armoured supercar of cartel proportions. Army culture is beginning to seep into the street. Bigend hasn't missed it, and he's going to figure out how to make something out of it. He is surprised, however, that someone else is already in charge of this situation. He didn't expect that. He loves staring into the abyss of the global market, he's just not used to having his gaze returned.
