The Mikrotik RBcAPGi-5acD2nD provides a dual-chain, dual-band WiFi connection with 360° signal coverage. The device operates in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands with a total transmission speed of up to 1167Mbps and offers advanced network functions for stable business and home connections. The device can function as a repeater to boost your existing WiFi network or as an access point, which can be powered remotely via a PoE data cable using the included injector. The second port even has a passive PoE output, so you can easily daisy-chain it with another network element. The device comes with two cases, so you can choose the design you prefer. Its circular design, with a diameter of 136mm and a height of 30mm, allows for easy mounting on a ceiling or wall for effective 360-degree signal propagation.

Wireless frequencies and security
This access point ensures simultaneous operation in two frequency bands. In the 2.4GHz band, it achieves transmission speeds of up to 300Mbps, while in the 5GHz band it offers speeds of up to 867Mbps for more demanding data transfers. The wireless component uses integrated antennas with a gain of 2dBi for the 2.4GHz band and 2.5dBi for the 5GHz band. IPsec hardware acceleration protects the transmitted data by increasing the performance of encrypted VPN connections. The device supports the RouterOS operating system with advanced networking features and is ready for professional deployment.
System performance
Smooth operation of the RouterOS with a Level 4 licence is ensured by a quad-core IPQ-4018 processor with an automatically controlled frequency of 488 to 896MHz. The hardware is complemented by 128MB of RAM and 16MB of Flash storage. The device supports IPsec hardware acceleration, which increases the performance of encrypted IPsec connections.
Connectivity options
Connectivity options include two Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired connection of network devices. The first port supports power via the 802.3af/at PoE standard. The second port provides a passive PoE output with a voltage of up to 57V. The maximum current limit is 500mA at low voltage and 400mA at high voltage.
