MycoMedica Hericium 90 capsules
Hericium (Hericium erinaceus) is an integral part of Chinese medicine. According to this, it can balance Yin and Yang in the body and has the ability to harmonize the stomach and spleen.

Dosage
Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of an extract of the Brazilian Acerola cherry.
Increased dose:
3-10 capsules per day
1 capsule contains 0.5 g of mushroom extract. It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days.
