The Netatmo Smart Indoor Siren together with the Smart Indoor Camera (Welcome) will ensure perfect security for your home. If suspicious movement is detected, an alarm is immediately triggered with a volume of up to 110 dB, which is enough to scare off intruders. To prevent false alarms, the camera is equipped with a face recognition function to assess whether it is a household member, animal or harmless movement. When connected to a WiFi network, a notification is sent to your smartphone in the event of an alarm. The siren is only functional with the Netatmo Smart Indoor (Welcome) camera.
To use the product's smart features, you need to add the device to the manufacturer's app. For more information about the application (name, supported OS, supported languages) and how to add a device to the application, please refer to the product manual.
Use the mobile app to easily check the alarm status remotely via your smartphone or tablet. With just a click, you can activate or deactivate the device. In addition to the alarm, the Netatmo Smart Indoor Siren can emit a variety of pre-recorded sounds including a dog barking, a baby crying or the sound of a vacuum cleaner to give the impression that the home is inhabited.
Installation of the Netatmo Smart Indoor Siren is quick and easy. The siren can be placed anywhere in the home and powered not only from the mains, but also with 4 AA batteries, so you can do without an electrical outlet and remains functional even in the event of a power failure, ensuring continuous protection of your home. For maximum security, the smart siren senses vibrations and detects movement in case of unauthorised attempts to deactivate the device.
