Dobrý den, včerejším ránem mi v pravém sluchátku začalo šumět a praskat pokaždé když začnou přehrávat. Pokusil jsem se je reklamovat jelikož jsem si při koupi připlatil za prodlouženou záruku. Ale zjistil jsem že Alza tuto službu už neposkytuje. Dají se stále reklamovat?
