Dobrý den, synovi jsme kopili sluchátka Niceboy ORYX X200, zvuk jde dobře, ale ani po připojení do NB přes USB a rozbočovač na 3,5 mm Jack pro mikrofon i sluchátka se nám nepodařilo na sluchátkách aktivovat mikrofon.. zkoušeli jsme to na několika NB, vždy fungoval jen mikrofon na NB ale ne na sluchátkách. Prosím po radu, zda jsme dělali něco špatně, nebo zda se jedná o vadu sluchátek a máme je reklamovat.

Dobrý den, dnes jsem si sluchátka vyzvedl. Zvuk mi příde tlumený a v některých aplikacích zvuk není skoro žádný, a basy taky nejsou jak by měly. Manuál říká že po zapojení USB do počítače by jsem měl jít do nastavení zvuku v ovládacím panelu a přepnout na přehrávání do sluchátek. Boužel nic takového tam nebylo, jako by počítač sluchátka nezaznamenal. Je zde problém se sluchátky nebo dělám něco špatně??
