Crisp images and Full HD video

Every COOLPIX is designed around its genuine NIKKOR glass lens - the legendary optics that have helped make Nikon famous. The CMOS sensor with a resolution of 13.2 megapixels guarantees that photos come out sharp with true colours. The 3× optical zoom in combination with Dynamic Fine Zoom can be expanded up to 6× zoom, so you'll be able to capture all those interesting moments even from afar.

In addition to photos, you can also shoot movies in Full HD with stereo sound. Shoot Full HD 1920x1080 resolution movies (30fps) to capture living memories in high quality. A stable image capture is made possible by the electronic vibration reduction (VR) feature. Those special movie moments can be viewed by the whole family by using an HDMI cable (not included) to connect the camera to your TV or computer.

Easy sharing

The Nikon Coolpix W100 compact camera makes sharing your photos on social networks a breeze. By using the SnapBridge application, your images can be seen by your friends in just a few seconds. Built-in Wi-Fi®, NFC and Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) make it possible to connect up to five devices simultaneously. You can automatically transfer images to mobile phones or tablets effortlessly. The BLE technology consumes minimal energy and as a result, it won't drain your camera's battery.

Easy operation

The Coolpix W100 makes choosing your parameters and settings simple, practical and straightforward. This camera really excels with its ease of use. Four multi-function buttons allow direct access to the menu. The large buttons make operation easy for children and adults alike and the anti-reflective 2.7" LCD screen displays everything clearly. The camera also features a Children's menu with bright colours and the option of adding cartoon effects and stamps like hearts and stars to your images.

This camera comes with a large number of effects and advanced shooting techniques. You can make your shots more unique and fun to share by applying cartoons, bubble and neon effects. Use the glamour retouch to give everyone a makeover with mascara or whiten their teeth. Shooting portraits has never been easier as the smart portrait feature automatically detects faces and focuses on them, even when the person moves.
