NOW Iron Complex (iron)
Iron is a mineral essential for the production of haemoglobin, the molecule that carries oxygen to cells throughout the body via red blood cells. Vitamin B-12 and folate are essential for red blood cell production, while vitamin C is known to increase iron absorption from the GI tract. It is recommended to take vitamin C, which improves the absorption of iron, while dairy products reduce its absorption.

Other folders:
Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, silica, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and vegetarian coating. Contains no wheat, gluten, Soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts. It is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
1 tablet daily with food

If poisoning is suspected, call a doctor immediately. If you suffer from a disease, you're pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to get pregnant, you are under 18 years of age or taking medication, consult a physician before taking this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. There may be a natural discolouration of the product. Store in a cool, dry place. Please recycle the packaging.
