NOW Selenium, 200 µg
Selenium is an indispensable (essential) trace mineral for the human body, which must be taken primarily from the diet. It occurs naturally in soil and water, and in the normal diet it can be found, for example, in nuts, animal offal or marine fish. Among other things, selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis (the process of sperm formation), protects cells from oxidative stress or contributes to normal hair and nails. It contributes to the normal condition of the skin and hair. Supports the functions of the immune system. Optimizes the activity of the thyroid gland.
1 capsule once daily with food, or follow the instructions of a qualified healthcare practitioner
If you suffer from a disease, you're pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to get pregnant, you are under 18 years of age, or you're on medication, consult a physician before taking this product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. There may be a natural discoloration of the product. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
