Dobrý den, Nuki smart lock 4 pro, není schopno otevřít západku vchodových dveří, mam dokonce 2 baterie a přes jejich plné nabití, to dokáže málo kdy. Dveře jsou seřízené. Můžete mi poradit co se dá dělat v takovém případě? Děkuji Pavel Smetana

You can charge the NUKI POWER PACK charging kit using a standard USB-C cable, which is included in the package. Among other things, the set can also be charged directly in the Smart Lock, thus maintaining its operation. You can also remove it and charge it separately.
