Nutricius Melatonin strong 1.99 mg contains a substance that is natural to the body, the so-called hormone of darkness and sleep, which is produced in our body as the intensity of light decreases throughout the day. We can feel the consequences of its deficiency in the form of difficulty falling asleep as we get older. The light from monitors and screens in the evening can also have a negative effect on the production of the sleep hormone. Nutricius Melatonin strong contains a high dose of melatonin, the body's own hormone that is responsible for the transition of the body into the sleep phase. Recommended dosage
Take ¼ tablet daily, in the evening before bedtime, with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
