Olympia NC 560 is a multifunctional counter that not only counts banknotes but can also calculate the value of sorted and unsorted banknotes and check their authenticity. For euro, Turkish lira and Swedish krona banknotes, it counts both the value and the number of notes, can handle a mixed batch of banknotes of different values, and checks their authenticity using UV, MG, MT, DD and IR sensors. When counting US dollars, it counts the notes and checks their authenticity with UV, MG and IR sensors, while for other currencies it can count the notes but does not check their authenticity. You will certainly appreciate its simple operation and use. Just switch the counter on, let it warm up, select the currency and then place the banknotes in the input tray. The Olympia NC 560 will then automatically start counting.
The Olympia NC 560 counter is equipped with 5 sensors that guarantee reliable verification of banknote authenticity. The UV sensor checks for security features sensitive to ultraviolet light, the MG sensor checks for printing with magnetic ink, and the MT sensor verifies the magnetic code. The DD sensor detects the width of the banknotes, and the IR sensor, on the other hand, can detect double (stuck together) banknotes.
On the Olympia NC 560 counter, you can set 4 modes: counting, adding, batching and sorting. In counting mode, it counts the inserted banknotes and displays the number on the screen. After removing the banknotes from the tray and inserting new ones, it starts counting from zero. In adding mode, it counts the banknotes, displays their number, and after removing the banknotes from the tray and inserting new ones, the count continues. Batching, on the other hand, allows you to batch banknotes to a preset number of notes. Simply set the batch size between 1–999 notes, insert the banknotes, and the machine will count out the set number. There is also a sorting mode, in which the counter remembers the first banknote as a reference and then stops whenever a banknote has a different value.
If any of the inserted banknotes fails the check during counting, the counting process will stop and the corresponding error code will be displayed on the screen. Once you have removed the faulty banknote, simply press the Start button and the counter will continue its work. It can count 1–999,999 banknotes with a thickness of 0.075–0.15mm at a counting speed of 1,000 banknotes per minute. Both the input and output trays have a capacity for 200 new or 100 worn banknotes. It is powered by a standard mains plug, and you will certainly appreciate its very quiet operation. The Olympia NC 560 is suitable for banks, exchange offices, and businesses that handle cash.
