Olympia NC 590

Olympia NC 590
The OLYMPIA NC 590 is a multifunctional banknote counter that not only counts banknotes but can also calculate the value of sorted and unsorted banknotes and check their authenticity. For Euro, Turkish Lira and Swedish Krona banknotes, it counts both the value and the number of notes, can handle a mixed bundle of banknotes of different denominations, and checks their authenticity using UV, MG, MT, DD, IR and CIS sensors. When counting US dollars, it counts the notes and checks authenticity using UV, MG and IR sensors, while for other currencies it can count the notes but does not check their authenticity. You will certainly appreciate its simple operation and use. Simply turn the counter on, let it warm up, select the currency and then place the banknotes in the input tray. The OLYMPIA NC 590 will then automatically start counting, which can also be started manually. It is also possible to set the individual sensors and their sensitivity.

The OLYMPIA Counter Checks Banknote Authenticity Using 6 Sensors
The OLYMPIA NC 590 counter is equipped with 6 sensors that guarantee reliable verification of banknote authenticity. The UV sensor checks for security features sensitive to ultraviolet light, the MG sensor checks for printing with magnetic ink, and the MT sensor verifies the magnetic code. The DD sensor detects the width of banknotes, while the IR sensor can detect double, i.e. stuck-together, banknotes. The technology that uses the CIS sensor scans the visual appearance of the banknotes, increasing the reliability of counterfeit detection. The counter also allows you to turn individual sensors on or off and adjust their sensitivity.
The OLYMPIA NC 590 offers 4 modes of use
On the OLYMPIA NC 590 counter, you can set 4 modes: counting, adding, batching and sorting. In counting mode, it counts the inserted banknotes and displays their number on the screen. After removing the banknotes from the tray and inserting new ones, it starts counting from zero. In adding mode, it counts the banknotes, displays their number, and after removing the banknotes from the tray and inserting new ones, the counting continues. Batching, on the other hand, allows you to batch banknotes to a preset number of notes. Simply set the batch size between 1–999 notes, insert the banknotes, and the machine will count out the set number. There is also the option of setting a sorting mode, in which the counter remembers the first banknote as a reference and then stops whenever any of the subsequent banknotes has a different value.
The OLYMPIA NC 590 Counts at Speeds of up to 1,500 Banknotes per Minute
If, during counting, one of the inserted banknotes fails the check, the counting stops and the corresponding error code is displayed. Once you remove the faulty banknote, simply press the Restart button and the counter will continue its work. It can count 1–999,999 banknotes with a thickness of 0.075–0.15mm at a counting speed of 800 or 1,000 banknotes per minute for value counting and 1,500 banknotes per minute for piece counting. Both the input and output trays have a capacity for 300 new or 200 worn banknotes. It is powered by a standard mains plug, and you will certainly appreciate its very quiet operation.
