The versatile Opinel VRI N°08 Inox pocket knife with stainless steel blade is a great companion for adventures, not only in the countryside. The knife is equipped with a patented ViroBlock lock, which prevents the blade from closing unintentionally, but also against its spontaneous opening. It also features a handy leather pouch so you can keep your Opinel close at hand at all times. The blade length of 8.5 cm is made of Sandvik polished stainless steel, which, thanks to the anti-corrosive properties of the added chromium, is extremely corrosion-resistant and virtually maintenance-free. It is with regard to this steel that the blade is also characterized by its long-lasting sharpness due to the carbon present in the mixture. The handle is made of beech wood in a natural shade and is heavily varnished to resist moisture and dirt.
