Optibac Every Day EXTRA is a dietary supplement with a high-dose complex of high-quality probiotics designed for daily support. Suitable for both men and women, it can be used to support a defensive shield, at high load, during recovery, while taking antibiotics or at any time, when we feel, that our digestive tract needs help.

Every Day EXTRA contains a total of 4 types of probiotic cultures from strains Lactobacillus acidophillus NCFM, Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37, Bifidobacterium lactis BI-07, Bifidobacterium lactis BI-04 in an amplified dose - a total of 20 billion in 1 capsule. It is therefore suitable for supporting e.g. during difficult convalescence, during major difficulties, etc. All the probiotics contained have been tested for their ability to pass through the acidic environment of the stomach and reach the intestine. Probiotics also have properties related to the so-called. the gut-brain axis. It has been scientifically described that our gut is connected to our brain by a network of neural connections. Thus, they influence each other - when the gut microbiome is in poor condition, the psychological state deteriorates. There is a drop in mood, a decrease in concentration and the development of depression. Taking care of the microbiome is therefore one of the basic prerequisites for a balanced mental state.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. It can be increased to 2 capsules per day. You can take long-term.
Notice
There is no substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a dry and cool place up to 25 °C, out of the reach of children. Contains a moisture reducing pouch, do not consume or remove from open package. Always close the lid carefully after each opening.
