Osavi Herbal Sleep Support is a dietary supplement in vegan capsules with a combination of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), hops (Humulus lupulus) and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis). These herbs are used in evening blends and teas.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule an hour before bedtime.
