Panadol Duo contains two medicinal substances - paracetamol and ibuprofen.
Ibuprofen belongs to a group of drugs known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that reduce pain, swelling and fever.
Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain killer) that relieves pain and fever in a different way to ibuprofen. The effects of these two painkillers complement each other.

Panadol Duo is used for the short-term treatment of mild to moderate pain, like a migraine, headache, back pain, menstrual pain, toothache, muscle pain, to relieve cold and flu symptoms, for sore throat and fever.

Panadol Duo is particularly suitable for pain that requires treatment with a stronger analgesic effect than ibuprofen or paracetamol alone.

Maintain an interval of at least 6 hours between doses. Maximum daily dose of 6 tablets (3000 mg paracetamol, 1200 mg ibuprofen) - not to be exceeded within 24 hours.

Use: with a glass of water, take with food to minimize side effects.

Panadol Duo is intended for short-term use. Always take this medicine exactly as directed in the package insert or by your doctor or pharmacist.
