Thanks to its compact dimensions and expandable 20–23L capacity, it is suitable for everyday use and travel, and can also be taken on board an aircraft. Its minimalist look is complemented by a durable construction and a thoughtful layout with pockets for small items, an AirTag, a water bottle, a tablet and a laptop. The backpack is made of durable Versa Shell material with a PFAS-free DWR water-repellent finish and its comfortable carrying system makes it suitable for long-term wear.

Peak Design Backpack Made from Durable, Water-Resistant Materials
The Peak Design Travel Backpack 20L features an outer Versa Shell made of dyed 330D nylon, while the light-coloured inner lining is made of dyed 150D recycled polyester for easier navigation of the contents. The 900D base is waterproof, and thanks to the PFAS-free DWR impregnation, the entire backpack is more water-resistant. The bottle pocket uses 70D UHMWPE stretch material, which provides high durability while maintaining elasticity.

The Travel Backpack 20L offers wide rear access for easy packing and a clear view of the contents. Access is provided by durable #8 UltraZips. Thanks to its compact size and 20–23L capacity, the backpack is also suitable for air travel and can be placed under most aircraft seats. The design includes a pass-through for attaching the backpack to wheeled luggage. The zips are equipped with features to prevent accidental opening, and there is also an eyelet for attaching a luggage tag (must be purchased separately). The travel backpack is designed for use with Peak Design Packing Cubes and Camera Cubes, which allow for further clear organisation of the contents.
