Peat thermophore made of natural peat. After simply warming it up in the microwave, it will give you up to 3 hours of pleasant warmth. The classic shape of the heating bottle filled with natural peat mixture guarantees temperature retention for several times longer than classic water-filled thermophores. Thanks to its easy preparation and application, it is especially suitable for home use. The peat pillow includes a textile cover made of 100% cotton, which prevents initial thermal shock. After heating to the desired temperature (50 - 60°C), it is recommended to test the temperature by touch before applying the pad to the affected area. The thermophore is suitable for heat therapy in subacute and chronic conditions of rheumatic origin, for non-inflammatory joint pain, muscle stiffness, joints and spine, abdominal pain, for menstrual problems, etc. The thermophore can also be cooled and used as a cold therapy for swelling, inflammation, bumps, headaches and for normal cooling during hot days.

Microwave heating: maximum 3 minutes at 600 watts. Switch off the grill function Heating in gas, hot air and electric ovens: Place the product on a porcelain plate (it must not touch the oven walls) and heat for a maximum of 10 minutes at 150°C. Switch off the grill function! Heating in a water bath: the most suitable is to use a heating device with temperature control. Place the product in a container of cold water, heat the water to about 80°C, then turn off the heat and let the pillow warm up in the water bath for another 5-10 minutes. Then remove it and dry it. Do not boil the water!
