PENTAX RICOH WG-M2 Orange
Capture your adventures with a compact and lightweight 4K Ultra HD camera that is waterproof, shock-resistant and withstands even frost. The durability attributes are just the camera itself without any protective case so the camera size will not increase. Compared with the previous model, this allows recording in 4K resolution, which slowly is becoming a new standard of quality. Capture the whole world of experiences around you, whether you are diving deep into the ocean, going downhill on a bike, going on a trip to the desert or just playing with your family at the playground or in the waterpark.
Key Features
- A 4K Ultra HD outdoor camera, which is highly durable by itself (no special case needed)
- Extraordinary and natural perspective option (204°/151°)
- Records even while it is freezing as low as -10°C, and to a depth of 20m for up to 2 hours
- Exceptional shock resistance (can withstand falls from heights of up to 2 metres)
- High-quality stereo sound with wind noise reduction
- High-speed continuous shooting (about eight frames per second)
Record as You Please
WG-M2 offers a choice of two different angles to satisfy any requirement. A wide mode maximises the field of view at an angle of about 204 degrees so that it also captures the scenery around you. The narrow mode reaches about 151 degrees and allows you to record with a more natural perspective. This mode also features Movie SR (Shake Reduction) that minimises camera shake during video recording. In addition to recording in 4K Ultra HD at 30 frames per second, you can also record Full HD video at high-speed (60 frames per second) to smoothly capture even the fastest action.
Underwater Quality Recording
WG-M2 is designed so the recordings have an optimal reproduction of colours and contrast. Its speciality is underwater recording, where the camera features a special colour balance so that the result is crystal-clear and fully captures the atmosphere of underwater scenes. It effectively offsets the loss of contrast due to light scattering and perfectly defines colours - forget the bluish or greenish tinge.
Always Ready
Install the Image Sync on your computer, phone or tablet, and you can easily control the camera from a distance. Directly on your device, you will see a live preview and you will have full control over all the settings so that you can adjust white balance, ISO, and exposure compensation at any time. You can also transfer the recordings to your device and then share it over the Internet using several options.
