1. Tilt your head to one side
2. Repeat with the other nostril
3. Blow your nose
For allergic rhinitis, colds and sinusitis: spray for 1–2 seconds in each nostril, 2–3 times a day. Up to 6 times a day.
Can be used long-term for up to 2 months for chronic symptoms of allergic rhinitis and rhinosinusitis. A temporary tingling sensation may occur if the mucous membrane is irritated. Read the leaflet before use.
