1. Tilt the head to one side

Can be used as often as needed.
For the treatment of nasal infection symptoms in the case of a cold (runny/blocked nose) or flu: 4 to 6 times a day, spray for 1 to 2 seconds into each nostril. For daily use, hygiene and prevention: 1 to 2 times a day, spray for 1 to 2 seconds into each nostril.
