The AI voice recorder is equipped with an assembly of 4 MEMS microphones, that can dynamically identify the speaker's position, cancel out noise, echoes and other unwanted noises to create a perfectly clear recording from up to 5 metres away. By identifying the direction of the sound using the microphone array, the speakers are clearly separated in the recording. To record phone calls, Plaud Note PRO has a built-in vibration sensor. Recording is done by hardware.

Plaud places the utmost emphasis on the security of your data. That's why it uses hosting only on Amazon AWS servers. In addition, the Plaud Note PRO recorder is certified for the SOC2 audit standard, the HIPAA healthcare standard for handling sensitive patient data, the EU-wide GDPR privacy regulation and the EN18031 cybersecurity standard. The recording is deleted from the Plaud Note PRO after uploading to the cloud, so there is no risk of misuse if lost.
