
Procto-Glyvenol is used for the topical treatment of external and internal hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are enlarged veins in the rectal area that cause local pain, stinging and itching. The first drug, tribenoside, acts locally on the causes of inflammation in small blood vessels. The second drug, lidocaine is a local anesthetic that provides immediate relief from the itching, stinging and pain caused by hemorrhoids.

If symptoms are acute: Apply one suppository twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening).
If the trouble has lessened: Apply one suppository once a day.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Do not give this medicine to children without consulting a doctor. Procto-Glyvenol should not be used during the first three months of pregnancy. It can be used after the third month of pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding, but you must not exceed the recommended dosage.

Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 30 °C. Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the box and foil after EXP.
