Proenzi® 3+ contains glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate, Unique MSM® and a special ExPur complex. Glucosamine and chondroitin are the basic building blocks of joint cartilage and other connective tissues – bones, ligaments and tendons. MSM is an abbreviation for methylsulfonylmethane, which is known as a natural source of biologically active sulphur. The ExPur complex is a special combination of type II collagen and vitamin C. Type II collagen is a basic building block of joint cartilage, and vitamin C contributes to collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage.

Recommended dosage
Adults take 3 tablets daily (can be taken at once). Children from 12 years of age take 1 tablet daily. Best taken after a meal. If you have problems with swallowing, the tablets can be halved or crushed.
Recommended duration of use:
For optimal effectiveness, we recommend using for 2–3 months. Long-term use is also possible.
