Data Center
Improve team collaboration on projects and do not pay for external cloud services. Every file uploaded to the NAS can be accessed by computers, laptops or mobile devices. In doing so, you will have full control over how your data is used. Featuring Qsync your most recent files will be on hand at all times - even on different devices. QFile then virtually increases the storage capacity of mobile devices. It allows users to access the files just as you had them in your pocket. Smart solutions that meets all your needs.
Environment for work with documents
Among the applications features Notes Station for making notes in a secure environment and sharing them with colleagues and friends in real time. A new interface is optimised for greater user friendliness and provides collaborative creation of documents and revision tracking. Also the unit features useful tools for editing images. Documents can be displayed directly on Google Docs and Office Online. You can even play embedded multimedia files using the integrated media browser without having to download files.
Centralised e-mail
Using a large number of email accounts can be time consuming. With QmailAgent centralises multiple e-mails, so that management and backup of e-mails will be quite easy. This online email client gives access to all your emails with easy switching between different accounts. It provides complete functionality for creating, reading and organising email messages. You can directly attach files stored on the NAS or ask NAS to automatically back up all communication.
