RCF ART 735-A MK5
The RCF ART 735-A MK5 is a professional active speaker designed for live sound reinforcement, mobile events, installations, and stage monitoring. It offers high power of 700W RMS / 1400W Peak, precise sound reproduction, and a robust construction suitable for demanding use. Equipped with a 15” woofer and a 1.4” compression driver with a 3” voice coil, it ensures balanced performance with clear vocals, greater dynamics, and fuller bass. Modern DSP processing with FiRPHASE and XBOOST technologies helps to optimise the sound and minimise distortion. Thanks to its ergonomic handles and its ability to be used on a stand or as a floor monitor, it is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Power and Sound Performance
The ART 735-A MK5 model uses a Class-D amplifier with a continuous power of 700W (RMS) and a maximum short-term power of 1400W (Peak). The maximum sound pressure level reaches up to 132dB SPL, so the speaker can handle louder applications and larger spaces. The fifteen-inch woofer offers firm, controlled bass with significant dynamics. The compression driver contributes to the clear and intelligible delivery of vocals and instruments. The result is a balanced sound suitable for both music and spoken word.
DSP Technology and Controls
The integrated DSP processor manages the crossover, protection circuits, limiter, and phase correction. FiRPHASE technology helps to achieve a cleaner, more precise sound without unwanted phase distortion. The XBOOST function enhances low frequencies while maintaining control over the woofer's movement. The rear panel features volume and Boost controls, as well as a MIC/Line switch. This allows the speaker to be easily adapted to the specific situation and signal source.
Construction and Connectivity
The cabinet is made of a polypropylene composite, which reduces vibrations and helps maintain sound clarity even at higher volumes. A steel grille protects the drivers during transport and operation. Top and side handles make it easy to carry between events. On the bottom, there is a 35mm socket for mounting on a stand or a subwoofer distance pole. It provides XLR and 6.3mm jack inputs, as well as an XLR output for linking to other speakers.
Versatile Use
The RCF ART 735-A MK5 is suitable as a main PA speaker for medium to large events. Thanks to the shape of its rear panel, it can also be used as a stage monitor. It is ideal for live performances, DJ sets, conferences, and corporate events. Its robust construction and weight of 21.4kg ensure reliability during frequent transport. It is a versatile solution if you are looking for power, reliability, and professional sound.
System Type
An active speaker is one that has a built-in amplifier, so all you need to do is connect it to a sound source, either wired or wirelessly, to listen.Passive speakers are more often referred to as speaker systems. They are designed more for high-quality, loud, and dynamic listening in the comfort of your home and are not suitable for frequent transport. The main advantage of passive speakers is the ability to connect various sources through a separate amplifier.
Number of Channels
The number of channels in speaker systems and home cinemas indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in the X.Y format (e.g., 2.0, 5.1). It specifies how many audio tracks are reproduced simultaneously, which determines the system's surround sound experience and bass depth, from basic stereo sound (2.0) to surround sound (5.1 and above).Specifications
