RCF ART 912-AX

The ART 912-AX active speaker from the renowned company RCF is right at the top of its class. It takes full advantage of its sophisticated design and modern technology to deliver excellent sound even during intensive use. The RCF ART 912-AX offers a wide range of uses and will perform brilliantly at all kinds of large events (festivals, etc.). The speaker combines a 1.75" compression driver and a 12" woofer. It also includes a two-channel amplifier (1050W RMS, 2100W peak). The RCF ART 912-AX achieves its superb sound thanks to the unique True Resistive Waveguide, which provides constant directivity. The RCF speaker coherently covers a 100° × 60° area, delivering a sound pressure level of up to 130 dB. The RCF ART 912-AX uses FiRPHASE and Bass Motion Control (BMC) DSP processing, perfectly tuned for each model in the series. Connect all the necessary instruments or microphones to the RCF ART 912-AX's preamps (incl. 48V phantom power) or line inputs. You can use the integrated 6-channel digital mixer, which includes a compressor, EQ, reverb, and ducker, among other features. On the rear of the RCF ART 912-AX speaker is a touch panel, two THAT corporation microphone preamps, a stereo AUX line input, a direct line output, an LR output for stereo applications, and a crossover output with factory presets for RCF subwoofers.

Stable Wireless Stereo Transmission

The RCF ART 912-AX is one of the most powerful speakers with Bluetooth. With Class 1 Bluetooth support, you can use wireless stereo and dual-mono signal transmission to pair with AX series speakers. The transmitter has a range of up to 100m in open space. The amplifier and all electronics with DSP are firmly attached to the inner frame of the RCF ART 912-AX cabinet, forming a robust unit. The input circuitry is characterised by low harmonic distortion, and an advanced limiter protects the individual transducers, preserving the true character of the input signal at all volume levels. All ART 9 series amplifiers comply with the EN62368-1 safety standard and have switched-mode power supplies, which is another reason for the speaker's very low weight.

True Resistive Waveguide

An important feature of the RCF ART 912-AX is its unique True Resistive Waveguide design. Thanks to FiRPHASE DSP processing and the new shape and placement of the bass reflex ports, it achieves almost perfect performance without resonance and distortion in the higher frequency bands. The asymmetrical shape allows the RCF ART 912-AX speaker to achieve wider coverage and an expanded stereo sound field.
