This large-format display is perfect for various marketing events as a billboard, in showrooms, or in meeting rooms for presentations. It also serves well at control stations for monitoring production lines or CCTV systems. This Dahua LCD large-format display has a 49" screen size and 4K (3840×2160) resolution. The fine detail makes it ideal for film previews and graphic presentations, as well as for standard text. It is ideal for viewing from a distance of up to 99cm. 4K rendering is supported by computers with a suitable graphics card capable of displaying such a resolution. The matte surface of the display does not reflect room light and helps to block light from windows. This large-format display is illuminated by standard LEDs. A maximum brightness of 450cd/m² ensures good readability even outdoors in direct sunlight, and the monitor can also be used in settings like showrooms. It can be mounted on a wall or stand using a 400×400 VESA mount. Its built-in speakers are great for audiovisual presentations, so you don't need to carry any extra equipment for audio output.
You can connect the large-format display to your computer or laptop using HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA. If your computer doesn't have a suitable connector, you can expand connectivity by purchasing a compatible port replicator. A port replicator will also be useful if you want to connect multiple screens. The VGA port allows you to connect older devices. In addition to the large-format display, the package also includes an HDMI cable.
The colour depth of this large-format display is 10-bit. Colour depth refers to the number of colours a large-format display can show. For example, a 6-bit display shows approximately three hundred thousand colours, whereas a 10-bit display can show over a billion colours. With a higher colour depth, colours are displayed with greater subtlety and appear more vivid and realistic. The Dahua commercial monitor provides a native contrast of 4700:1. The native contrast ratio characterises the difference between the brightest and darkest points a commercial monitor can display. If a large-format display has a contrast ratio of 3000:1, it means the brightest point (white) is 3000× brighter than the darkest point (black). A higher native contrast contributes to better detail resolution in both dark and light areas of the image.
