Dell - Reliability Symbol
Proven durability
To ensure that the Dell Inspiron 13z Touch never lets you down, it goes through the manufacturer robust test extensively. It has to survive the test for the short-term treatment of harsh conditions at temperatures up to 65°C, which corresponds, for example, to the summer sun on a parked car. Dell tests the built-in keys for 10 million trouble-free keystrokes, so you can write down everything that's up to you at no extra cost. The other buttons will then hold at least 40,000 presses. It is verified that even after 20,000 openings and lid closures, its curtains will remain firm. The resistance to twisting and turning is also investigated. Even if you rotate the base and lid of your notebook more than 25,000 times, be sure the components inside are still well protected.
Top warranty
As part of Dell's warranty, there is also the Next Business Day service that guarantees you trouble-freeness. A professional service technician will be sent to you at your home or office by the next business day to repair the defect. So you do not have to worry too much and waste your precious time by packing the notebook into a box and sending it to a service or commuter.
