Intel is a world-renowned company that does not need to be imagined. For many years, it has been one of the world's largest processor and chips manufacturers. It is now launching the best desktop processors, the performance of which is once again scaled down. In essence, this is a server version adapted for gaming. The Intel Core i7-6800K processor is designed for motherboards equipped with a modern LGA2011-3 socket and an upgraded Intel X99 Express chipset.
Intel is a world-renowned company that needs no introduction. For many years, it has been one of the world's largest manufacturers of processors and chips. It is now launching the best desktop processors which are scaled-down versions of bigger processors. In essence, this is a server version adapted for gaming. The Intel Core i7-9800X processor is designed for motherboards equipped with the LGA 2066 socket and the upgraded Intel X299 chipset. It uses HyperThreading. 8 physical cores are divided into 16 virtual threads.

Advanced 14nm manufacturing process
The processor is designed for the LGA 2066 socket and Intel X299 chipset
Processor with Skylake-XTechnology at the Top
The Intel Core i7-9800X processor offers 8 physical cores and is part of the new Skylake-Xseries. It uses the14nm manufacturing process using the latest technology available. Each kernel runs at a basic frequency of 3.8 GHz with Turbo mode and automatic overclocking up to 4.4 GHz. As with the previous generation, the memory controller is integrated into the chip directly. It is a four-channel DDR4 memory controller, which can now work at a tremendous frequency of up to 2666 MHz. The processor has an L3 cache of 16.5MB capacity. It also has an open multiplier for possible clocking. This model comes without a cooler.
Generally, the higher the number, the more powerful the processor. For an office PC, a basic processor series will be more than sufficient, but for more challenging work and gaming you will require a more advanced processor.

One of the main parameters of the processor, indicating the number of instructions that the processor can execute in 1 s. The higher frequency, the better working efficiency of the processor.
The supported memory type indicates which operating memory the processor can work with without problems. In practice, this primarily means the generation of modules - the most common today are DDR4 and the more modern DDR5. Each processor has precise limits, so if you try to insert a different type, the computer won't find the memory at all and won't start up.
The maximum number of channels expresses how many separate paths the processor can divide the communication with the RAM into. Most common home computers operate with two channels, so it is ideal to install two identical memory modules to double the speed. If the processor offers a dual-channel connection, it pays to always fit memory in pairs; otherwise, unused channels remain "empty" and performance is reduced.

Generally speaking, the newer the technology, the more powerful processor, more fuel efficient and offers more possibilities for use. Currently, the best selling is the 22nm technology, however there...
Buffer (cache) of the second level is integrated on-chip of the processor. Its job is to store copies of data read from an address in memory, resulting in greater throughput and higher...
L3 cache is the largest cache processor. Only one core can write, but it can be read from all the others. It brings greater importance for processors with four or more cores.
