Dobrý den, včera jsem zakoupila lampu a zkusila nanést přibalený gel lak, ale bohužel, ani po několika minutách lak nebyl ztvrdlý. Je možné, že je lampa rozbitá? Bohužel jsem při rozbalování poškodila obal, bude možné popřípadě produkt reklamovat? Děkuji.
