The device operates in 2G, 3G and 4G LTE (Cat-4) and offers flexible use as either a traditional modem in Bridge mode or as a standalone smart gateway. Its robust design and ability to operate over a wide temperature range make it suitable for use in power, transport and industrial process automation applications.

Connectivity and connectivity
Connectivity is provided by a USB 2.0 interface along with RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports, allowing easy integration with legacy systems without the need for complex modifications. To ensure continuous operation, the modem is equipped with two slots for Mini SIM cards, that support Dual SIM for connection backup. The external antenna connects via a standard SMA connector, and the device also allows remote data transfer of serial port and digital I/O signals.
Advanced network functions and management
Advanced networking features include VPN tunnel support (IPsec, OpenVPN, GRE, L2TP, PPTP) for secure remote access. The gateway handles transparent transmission of TCP and UDP protocols and Modbus RTU to TCP conversion. Management is handled via web interface, command line or SMS,while the RCMS platform enables centralized configuration and firmware updates. The power supply is designed in the range of 9 to 36 V DC.
