Smoke detector with unique dual-spectral smoke chamber technology
SAFE HOME SAFE 10Y30-PRO has a dual-spectrum optical sensor with blue and infrared LED source with different wavelengths. This sensor has been integrated into a dust and insect resistant smoke detection chamber. The design of the chamber directly linked to the AI SAFE microprocessor thus offers the most reliable detection method, which in combination with the prediction algorithm allows the measurement of microparticle concentration directly in the air and in real time. Thanks to this unique technology, the SAFE HOME SAFE 10Y30-PRO smoke detector can determine the size of volatile particles inside the optical chamber and react only to the real threat of smoke, ignoring the similar composition of water vapour or other vapours.
SAFE 10Y30-PRO responds only to real threats
For fire detection systems in residential buildings, the priority is to inform people in good time about the real danger. Therefore, the detector has a special AI SAFE microprocessor, which has been developed based on a detailed analysis of the combustion properties of materials and works with a prediction algorithm that compares data from a dual-spectrum optical sensor and filters the potential for false alarms in real time. If the microprocessor inside the SAFE HOME smoke detector detects data corresponding to liquid water vapour particles or other types of fumes, the detector will not respond. If the dynamics of the data pattern matches the actual smoke particulate parameters of the fire, the SAFE 10Y30-PRO immediately triggers a fire alarm.
Fire alarm signalling
In the event that the smoke concentration reaches the set value during detection, the SAFE HOME SAFE 10Y30-PRO detector automatically triggers a loud 85 dB alarm signal, accompanied by the flashing of a red LED indicator to indicate a fire alarm.
SIC technology and remote alarm silencing by IR remote control
The SAFE HOME SAFE 10Y30-PRO detector has a combination button with TEST and STOP function, which is designed both for testing and verifying the correct functioning of the device and for temporarily silencing the detector. In case you know the cause of the fire alarm activation and you need to silence the loud siren acoustic signaling, there is no need to get to the detector itself to silence it with a button. The SIC technology allows you to remotely silence the audible alarm of the SAFE HOME SAFE 10Y30-PRO detector by pressing any button on a standard IR remote control (most home appliance remotes, such as TV remotes).
SAFE 10Y30-PRO eliminates false alarms
The electronic components and printed circuit board of the SAFE HOME SAFE 10Y30-PRO detector are provided with an insulating and protective layer of IZOVAX nanoparticle paint and thanks to the innovative technology of the dual-spectral optical sensing chamber, which can distinguish smoke particles from water vapour, the device can be installed even in very humid environments (near bathrooms, drying rooms, kitchens or utility rooms), unlike conventional fire detectors.
Guaranteed operating performance for decades
The power supply of the SAFE HOME SAFE 10Y30-PRO smoke detector is provided by an integrated 3V lithium battery (built-in, non-removable) guaranteeing extremely long operation of the detector for more than 10 years. Battery operation allows for quick and easy installation and ensures proper functioning of the detector. The power battery is activated after the detector is placed and fixed in the mounting bracket. After 10 years of protection and with 30 days' notice, the detector will notify you of the end of its life and automatically warn you that it needs to be replaced. The extended 10-year warranty covers both the battery and the device.
Approval
The SAFE 10Y30-PRO fire detector uses modern photoelectric (optical) technology using a dual-spectrum sensing chamber and has been independently tested by the accredited German TÜV laboratory as compliant with all European standards. Of course, the CE certificate and the approval according to ČSN EN 14604:2009 for installations according to Decree No. 268/2011 Coll. (formerly no. 23/2008 Coll. ) on technical conditions for fire protection of buildings, which stipulates that every new building and defined building must be equipped with autonomous detection and signalling equipment.

Documentation for the approval procedure
On the basis of the Building Act no. 284/2021 Coll. and according to Decree No. 268/2011 Coll. (formerly no. 23/2008 Coll. ) on technical conditions of fire protection of buildings, the building must be equipped with an autonomous detection and signalling system in the form of a fire detector meeting the standards of ČSN EN 14604:2009. The above mentioned compliance with the technical parameters must be declared by documentation of the fire detector as a construction product according to Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 in the approved form "Declaration of Performance".
