The perfect cup of coffee requires properly treated and optimally ground coffee, the right water temperature, the correct pressure, and timing throughout the extraction process. Sage coffee machines are designed to provide all 4 key elements needed to prepare a delicious cup, just like top professional machines. These features are: optimal grinding of 19–22g of coffee to achieve full flavour, precise water temperature control of +/-1°C, low-pressure pre-infusion and extraction at 9 bars, and sufficient steam pressure to create a silky-smooth micro-foam texture.
