Preset programmes and manual mode
There are 5 preset programmes available for making pizza. You can also use the manual mode to control the temperature in the upper and lower sections of the Sage mini oven. Wood-fired – Neapolitan style, New York – with a thicker crust, Pan – pan-baked pizza with a thick crust, Thin & Crispy – thin and crispy, Frozen pizza – frozen.
The Element IQ system and 3 heating modes
The Sage mini oven offers three heating modes: active bottom heating, intense direct heating and 400 °C convection. The practical Element IQ system ensures your food is cooked to perfection, as it automatically adds or reduces heat where needed. The non-slip feet ensure a secure grip on the worktop.
