Application :
Apply and rub on dry skin before sunbathing. Do not spray directly on your face, apply it to your palms, and then rub on your face, avoid the eye area. You will need 36g of the tanning product (approximately 6 teaspoons) to protect the skin of the entire body of an average-sized adult.
