Extreme temperature 450 °C for perfect pizza
The secret of a true Italian pizza lies in the extremely high temperature. While conventional domestic ovens end around 300 °C, the Salente Vulcano reaches up to 450 °C, which is equivalent to professional stone ovens. Thanks to this, the pizza bakes very short, the dough remains soft, the edges are beautifully fluffy and the surface gets the typical lightly toasted puffs. The result is the authentic taste and texture you know from Italian pizzerias.

The Salente Vulcano Pizza Oven offers five preset programs for the most popular pizza styles. Neapolitan pizza with a high, airy edge, thin Italian pizza with a crispy bottom, American New York pizza, fluffy Pan pizza and a frozen pizza programme - each mode automatically sets the ideal temperature and baking time. There's also a Custom program that allows you to create your own settings to suit your taste.

Salente Vulcano is not just a pizza oven. With Bake, Roast, Broil and Grill modes, you can use it all year round. You can easily prepare juicy meat, roasted vegetables, homemade pastries, crispy toast or baked dishes. Pizza party without waiting thanks to Pizza Expert Mode
