SCANquilt blanket CLASSIC LIGHT

The lightweight SCANquilt CLASSIC LIGHT children's duvet features a soft filling of hollow, 3D-profiled fibres to ensure your children sleep comfortably on warm summer days. You can also use it all year round in heated bedrooms or if your child tends to run warm. Decorated with wave quilting, the duvet features a polyester/cotton blend cover and a soft SCANsoft filling layered in fine webs. Because no chemicals are used to strengthen the polyester fleece, the SCANquilt CLASSIC LIGHT duvet remains pleasantly soft and retains its loft for a long time.

Correct care to preserve the properties of the SCANquilt CLASSIC LIGHT duvet

For normal use, we recommend washing the duvet every 2–3 years and airing it regularly. If soiled, you can wash it at 60°C, which is sufficient to remove dirt and eliminate microorganisms. Use only 1/3 of the usual amount of washing detergent (preferably liquid), rinse at least 5×, and spin at the lowest possible speed for the shortest possible time to prevent damaging the filling. Due to the volume of the duvet, it must be washed in a washing machine with a capacity of 7kg of dry laundry. If you have higher hygiene and sterility requirements, you can wash the SCANquilt CLASSIC LIGHT duvet at up to 95°C.
