Siguro Grinding wheel Roll Sharp
Knife sharpener Siguro Roll Sharp
The Siguro Roll Sharp manual sharpener is the ideal tool for anyone who wants to keep their kitchen, outdoor or fishing knives in perfect condition. The main advantage of this model is the magnetic base with adjustable grinding angle from 10-25°, so you can easily adapt it to the type of knife and the desired blade. Grinding is carried out in several stages using five interchangeable grinding wheels - from the rough grinding to the final polishing. The rotary grinding method ensures smooth and even contact with the blade, and thanks to the non-slip underside, the sharpener remains perfectly stable during work.
And how does the rotary grinder work?
The Siguro Roll Sharp consists of two parts - a magnetic base and a rotating body. In the first step, you set the desired grinding angle with the rotary dial and attach the blade to the magnetic base. After that, just attach the grinding wheel to the other part of the grinder and pull it in a smooth and even motion along the blade. Each side of the base is marked with a graphic symbol of the recommended blade size for knives with a blade width of 15-35 mm or greater than 35 mm.
Adjustable grinding angle
The adjustable sharpening angle from 10-25° allows you to precisely adapt the sharpening to the specific type of knife.
5 interchangeable discs
They make it possible to perfectly adapt the entire grinding process to different knives and degrees of dullness.
Universal
Sharpens Japanese knives with a finer angle and robust European kitchen blades.
Safe grinding
The lower part of the grinder is equipped with a non-slip pad to ensure stability during grinding.Five steps to perfectly sharp knives
A total of 5 interchangeable wheels are included, each designed for a different stage of blade sharpening, making the Siguro Roll Sharp a versatile tool for complete blade restoration.
- Coarse grinding (diamond 360#) – restores a damaged or completely dull blade.
- "Daily Repair" (ceramic 600#) - unifies the shape and smooths the blade.
- Fine grinding (grey, corundum 1000#) - refines the edge and prepares it for final finishing.
- Blade refinement (yellow, corundum 3000#) - gives the blade finesse and high precision.
- Polishing (white, corundum 6000#) - produces a smooth, extremely sharp and long-lasting blade.
Flexible sharpening angle for all kitchen knives
Thanks to the adjustable grinding angle in the range of 10-25°, the Siguro Roll Sharp can be adapted to the specific type of knife. The lower angle of around 10-15° is ideal for Japanese knives with very thin blades, which require an extremely fine and precise edge. The middle area of 15-18° is suitable for all-purpose kitchen knives, while the angle of around 20-25° is suitable for western knives, sturdier chef's blades, outdoor knives or knives for chopping. The angle adjustability allows you to achieve optimal results with a wide range of blades and get exactly the blade you want.
Durable materials and long service life
The Siguro Roll Sharp is made of high quality and durable materials that ensure long life and reliable operation even with regular use. The combination of ABS plastic, aluminium alloy and stainless steel forms a solid construction that resists grinding pressure well while being easy to maintain. The ergonomic design is designed to fit comfortably in any hand - so it is fully suitable for right- and left-handed users who can always work with maximum confidence and control.
