Dobrý deň, čas vysávača je posunutý o 7 hod, tj. ak nastavím vysávanie o 8:00 tak začne vysávať o 1:00 v noci. Časové pásmo nastavené v nastaveniach nemá vplyv na štart časovača. Keď chcem vysávať o 9:00 ráno do časovača treba zadať 16:00. Jeden detail batéria sa nabije do 91% a stále nabíja ale za 12 hodín nabíjania sa nenabije ani o 1% viac. Koľko dní potrebuje na plné nabitie?

Dal som teraz vysavac reklamovat a prisiel mi novy kus. Ten ale taktiez zakazdym hlasi “the mop needs to be reinstalled”. Co sa s tym da robit? Ako viem, ze bude teraz pustat vodu? Pride mi blbe ho vobec rozbalovat, ked to vyzera, ze bude mat rovnaky problem. Alebo to mam brat tak, ze chybova hlaska nesuvisi s tym, ci bude mopovat? Dakujem za odpoved

Dobry den, nemohu vysavač připojit v aplikaci. Wifi jsem i telefon mam siti 2,4Ghz. A stejne jej nemohu pripojit. Zkousel jsem i aplikaci smazat a instalovat a nic.

Dobry den, vysavac zrazu prestal pouzivat na vysavanie vodu, aj ked v aplikacii je nastavene mopovanie a High water volume. predtym fungovalo vsetko hez problemov. po kazdom nasadeni nadrzky povie “mop musi byt znovu vlozen” ale to vravi uz od zaciatku (aj ked este pustal vodu). neviete, co pomoze?
